Stupendous article, thank you. I'm nearing 60 and finally started to *feel* better overall. There's a variety of reasons, but I have to spotlight something my doctor not once suggested after a diagnosis of "prediabetes." I quit sugar. That's it, plus stopped taking the cocktail of meds he (and his big health insurance provider) had tacked on. I quit drinking alcohol, and moderately but consistently exercise, preferably outside under the sun. That sums it up. And I feel much noticeably *better*. Thank you, again.

The only one I kept is Prozac and that's on the list to ween off. Previously at various times Lipitor, Wellbutrin, Hydroxyzine ... at one point Trazodone but after a year had terrible side effects. Topomairaite (Topomax), gabapentin.
